Top Gear Rocks!

We love this show! http://www.topgear.com/ We dvr it so we can watch it later and forward through the commercials. The boys love eating dinner in the living room watching Top Gear. It's a great show to learn about cars, but it's also hilarious! We all highly suggest checking an episode out!

Salem and I walked up to Kaden's school today. I had to do crossing guard this afternoon and it was very nice out. Gave us a chance to talk a little bit without any distractions. He's doing pretty well in school. His weaving project is all done and he brought it home today. He's quite proud of it. In math, they have started a new section and it's difficult for him. I didn't get the jist of what they were doing, or trying to do, but I'm sure he'll catch on very soon. Math is one of his top subjects!

Kaden helps his teacher out in the class after school on the days I work. Sharpening pencils, passing out papers, hanging stuff for her, whatever she might need done. Kaden loves to help her out. There are a couple other girls that stay every day before they go down to the inschool daycare.

Salem is growing again...or still. The child had 6 chicken nuggets, about 20 carrots and a big piece of pumpkin bread for dinner. And he wants more! That night not seem like a lot, but he also had a few pieces of pumpkin bread a short time ago. And dessert will be coming soon. They're heading back outside to run some energy off before ice cream and bed.

We start a new story tonight. Ugg that reminds me Salem did not stay after school for his book club. It started up again today and we both forgot. Man, that stinks! Well, it's every wednesday so he has next week too, but bummer we missed it this week. Anyway our new story is The Missing Manatee.
