Kaden's excited about a story he's writing in school. It's about steel rollercoaters, their new infatuation. Kaden is going through a big ole editing phase, just like you would do in a real book. He's close to finishing it and ready to "publish" it. He received his 2 Flat Stanley's back and was able to bring them home. Very cool to see the places he visited. Grandma Hackbardt got Buzz Lightyear's autograph on the back of Stanley, which the class thought was awesome. Grandma Snoop's was the only one from New York. His class have gotten Stanley's from all over the states and a few places around the world and they visit some pretty cool places!
Salem has a b-day party tomorrow night, only for a few hours. We ran out tonight after the play to pick up a computer game and gift card for the kid. His b-day is January 1st, but for some reason the mom has a party later in the year. I'll have to ask her why, it's not like it's his half b-day. Not like I care, just curious. I was going to plan a kids b-day for Salem & Kaden this summer on their half b-days since we never did one on their actual days. It's too hetic by Salem's and so cold on Kaden's. We'll see when it get closer.
Darn camera not focusing in this pic. I missed it during the first performance, so I wanted to make sure I got the shot this time around. I guess I didn't :( It's still a cut pic...just not blown up.
