Today was a pretty darn good day! I did have to drive down to Coralville, but I was able to get new tires on my car!! I got an eye exam and contacts! Contacts are not fitting well, but we'll see if they adjust in the next couple days, or I'll go back in. The boys had a great day in school. Kaden got 12/12 on his last spelling test of the year! Salem, well, Salem remembered to take his allergy medicine this morning! We walked up to pick up Kaden today and I didn't tire him out with my fast walking. We've gotta get him some new shoes. Better running ones, not cheapy hurt his feet shoes.
The boys got some money from G&G Snoop and they insisted on using that plus their allowance money to buy Roller Coaster Tycoon 3. So off to Best Buy we went and they got it. They have RCT one and LOVE it! This one you can get expansion packs. They'll play along so nicely together on this game! Keith and I had been eyeing a camcorder on clearance. It was down to $125 tonight...but they were sold out, as well as the other area stores. Well, then why have it on the shelf still, duh! That was one bad thing about today! Oh and the kids game won't work on their super old computer :( So I have to let them use this one.
A lady (and her hubby) came over to look at Keith's car tonight. She took it for a test drive and they went home to think about it. They came back maybe 30 minutes later giving us a check for a down deposit. We'll get the rest by Friday. So essentially it is SOLD! Hard to believe it was that easy. We didn't put it online anywhere, nor in the paper. Keith just sat it in the driveway for about the past 2 weeks!
Tomorrow we have a big geocaching event. I hope we're able to hit lots of caches!!
