Salem & Kaden school fun

Salem had field and track day at his school. I thought I would have had to work today, so I didn't volunteer to help. Well, didn't have to work, so I missed it. That's okay though. Salem entered 3 events, the 400 meter dash, the high jump and I believe the 3rd was the standing long jump. He ended up getting 1 ribbon! It was in the 400 meter dash. He got 7th place...out of 7. But that's okay, he had a great time and he tried! Which is all that matters!! Plus his class scored the best out of all the other 4th graders! Salem got some nice sunburn under his eyes too, poor kid.

Kaden and his class had Kindergarten buddies today and they walked to the local ice cream shop. Kaden got a twist ice cream cone. You know chocolate AND vanilla ice cream! Yummy!!! It was perfect day for an ice cream treat!

Keith got his new wheels today! Like a kid in the candy store when he was opening the box! Lucky him, UPS showed up when he was on lunch. I don't know how many times he called or texted me throughout the day asking it if had showed up yet. They are super light! And they have gold spokes! He bought a new fork and frame off ebay which should be shipped on Monday, and be here the end of the week. So right now he put his new road wheels on his cross bike. Not the best combo, but got no other choice. Atleast it'll be able to get him out riding again!

I was busy all day going through a couple big boxes of Tupperware papers I had kept. Not sure why as I went through it all realizing I didn't need the majority of the stuff! Bad part, I have a huge box of recycling papers and I can't get rid of them until Saturday, doh. Starting to get ready for a Tupperware sale on the 7th. I'm just advertising it through the school for the teachers. Hoping to get rid of a bunch of the items, then we'll see if I do a public one or not.

Keith's on call this week. He had to stay out late tonight, so Salem and him didn't get a chance to rid on the rollers/trainer. Salem was kinda bumed. But we were finally able to rent Mr. Magoriums Wonder Emproium from the grocery store, so they watched that instead. It's always been out of stock when we check. They said it's a funny movie! I'll have to watch it another time.

Keith's out again now, got called out, hope he won't be out to late, I can never sleep when he's not home. And I've gotta work tomorrow. Last day of volunteering in Salem's class in the morning. Then off to Kaden's school.

Alright, off to pick the house up, then Webkinz, then hopefully Keith will be home so we can sleep.
